Plastic Laser Sintering
Plastic Laser Sintering (PLS) systems for Rapid Manufacturing or Prototyping deliver best-in-class speed, part quality and accuracy for the most demanding functional prototyping and end-use production applications. With integrated material delivery, part-building and finishing capability, the sPro Centers are complete Rapid Manufacturing systems used to directly produce short to medium runs of end-use parts without tooling or fixtures. Epoxy Tooling Solutions
Epoxy Tooling is ideal for higher quantity production cast parts, up to 1000 , with higher tolerances. Epoxy molds are less costly than Injection Mold Tooling. Epoxy Tools can also can be modified without much expense if geometry changes are required. Materials can matched to pantone colors and to Mold-Tech® textures. Parts can be made in as little as 10 days, and we offer a variety of stock materials from a family of epoxies, urethanes, silicones, Water-clears, shore A elastomers, FAR 25.853 certified, UL94 V0, and USP Class Vl Medical grade. Details
Injection Tooling & Molding
Since 2005, we have completed more than 2000 custom injection molded part programs, for customers like Boeing & General Electric with exacting requirements. While each program may have dynamic requirements our approach to project management is consistent and successful. This success is driven by knowledge and breadth of experience in manufactur-ing engineering. As requirements dictate, we will build complete multi cavity or single cavity molds as well as inserts for own to quickly drop into our proprietary component mold system. Details
Mechanical Engineering & Solid Modeling
Presently we support all the major CAD/solid modeling suites including SolidWorks, ProEngineer, Unigraphics and CATIA. This suite of design software allows us to provide seamless communication with our customer design teams by providing a common database for geometry deÿnition between part design, tool design and tool CNC fabrication. We have the capability to create models and drawings from inception or modify existing components and assemblies as required by our customers.
RTV Tooling Solutions
RTV or Room Temperature Vulcanized Tooling is ideal for quick-turn parts cast in specified pantone colors and to Mold-Tech® textures. Parts can be made in as little as 3 days, and we offer a variety of stock materials from a family of epoxies, urethanes, silicones, Water-clears, shore A elastomers, FAR 25.853 certiÿed, UL94 V0, and USP Class Vl Medical grade materials RTV Tools are generally good for up to 100 parts and complex part geometry, very economical tooling solution. Over molding, CO-Molding or Multi Shot part requirements are also possible with the RTV Tooling process. Details
Selective Metal Laser Melting
Rapidly manufacture fully dense end-use metal parts with excellent surface finish, very fine feature detail and tight tolerances. Choose from a large range of metal alloys, including Stainless Steel Cobalt Chrome, Inconel and Titanium. Applications include quick turn, low-volume manufacturing of metal parts are: custom medical implants, surgical tools, complex fasteners; aerospace airfoils , rakes & injection nozzles; also efficient heat sinks, injection mold inserts with conformal cooling channels. Details
Smart Tools & Fixtures
We use additive manufacturing to produce jigs, fixtures, inspection gauges, drill guides, tooling masters and other auxiliary manufacturing tools and guides inexpensively. These SMART tools can be manufactured in hours via 3D printing technologies and eliminate the cost and time associated with machining. Details
Sterolithography
The latest technology in stereolithography (SLA) part manufacturing systems transcend prototype and offer Direct Digital part production. Digital scanning delivers consistent, reliable and fast output for optimal performance and repeatability. Highly productive SLA Systems enable users to economically produce hundreds of finely featured or a few extra large plastic parts with the precision and quality. Details
Structural Analysis & Design
We also offer complete structural design capabilities to our customers as required for each program. Structural and thermal analyses can be performed using the finite element (FE) method. There are several modern FE pre/post processing programs available to rapidly develop finite element models and display analysis results. These include MSC.PATRAN, ABAQUS, SDRC I DEAS, and FEMAP. Details
CNC Machining
Produce parts in engineered thermoplastic and alloy materials. Our facility is well equipment with latest in CNC, Wire EDM and Electrode EDM. We machine and fabricate both tools and parts as well as compli-ment our metal laser sintering (DMLS) and MetalCAST operations with ÿnish machine operations. Hi -Speed 3, 4 & 5 axis machining capabilities with Mori Seiki machining centers and MasterCAM 14 3D programming capabilities. Details
